New amendments may govern RVs, campers and porta-johns

by The 100 Companies

Original 2018 CCRs prohibit RVs, campers and porta-johns being visible from community roads. New amendments – subject to more Board study – may provide more detail:

– One RV and/or camper can be on Property up to nine months, longer only if residential dwelling is under construction or completed. Said vehicles cannot be seen from community roads.

– RV/camper cannot be occupied more than 14 days per month without Board approval.

– Porta-johns (portable toilets) are prohibited in The Enclave except during the construction of a primary residential home or residential accessory dwelling — or for a special-family-event use that has prior express written permission of the HOA Board.
