After studying dozens of legal documents, the Board concluded the new August 15 Amendments to the original 2018 CCRs were almost totally based on the same amendments the HOA proposed to our community in early 2022.
The 2022 proposed amendments were hammered out with consensus in three Enclave homeowner community meetings in 2021. They were submitted for approval vote to the HOA, but a threshold of 75% members voting was not achieved.
The only items new to these amendments restrict business rentals of private docks and storage of more than one vehicle each of recreational or mechanical equipment on your lot.
