Board to study camping rules in new amendment

The newly filed camping amendment was proposed in our 2022 community consensus amendments. The board will further study and consider accepting the Declarant’s camping amendment by 12.31.2024.

Some of the new camping rules include: camping limited to owners (and guests only when owner is present); no permanent camping platforms; 90-day limit on temporary buildings/platforms; 10-day monthly limit for tents; tents must be earth-tone and cannot be seen from community roads or lake; and owners must have sanitary plan and dispose of waste outside The Enclave.

Finally, all camping privileges expire January 31, 2025 – unless date is extended by 75%+ owner vo
