The Enclave HOA Board approved a 2024 budget at its October meeting that will keep the annual dues at the same level ($770) as the current year.
The Board considered predictions there will be increased needs for contingencies such as road and infrastructure repair and attorneys fees to deal with increased building applications and property owners’ appeals, but they did not increase fees.
When the Board increased fees $100 annually for the 2023 budget, several property owners raised concerns and asked numerous questions at the 2023 annual meeting. Based on that resistance, the Board agreed to keep levels the same for 2024.
