Before you grade your lot, file applications with Empire

by The 100 Companies

Several owners contacted the HOA BOD, asking if applications were made prior to tearing down trees on some lots.

This is a reminder to all residents that before grading, county permit applications, building plans and Soil & Erosion studies must be submitted to the county. Application and plans must also be submitted to Empire Management (and the BOD) before proceeding with any building activity, including clearing a building pad or driveway.

Failure to do so may result in a BOD hearing, with possible repercussions including issuance of cease & desist letters, liens placed on property and fines up to $100 a day.
