The Enclave’s annual picnic won’t happen this year. The format may convert to a 2024 event in a newly constructed home.
Nearly three dozen Enclave owners/guests attended the 2021 inaugural get-together at our community beach. The actual location of the tent was inadvertently installed on a private lot adjacent to the community area, the lot’s owner recently reported to the HOA BOD. In 2022, only 20 owners attended a tented event on a private lot – with permission.
Due to decreasing interest, the BOD voted this month to postpone the 2023 event and save the $2,000 budgeted for higher impact needs.
