At its January 10 meeting, The Enclave HOA BOD attempted to study Empire South Association Management’s analysis of the March 2022 referendum in which 54% of property owners voiced their opinions about a set of proposed amendments to our Covenants.
The Board had proposed the Amendments because the Covenants are written with vague language on a host of issues, such as camping, building code enforcement, governance, etc. Despite several community meetings and much communication, the 2021 vote did not garner the required 75% of owners to actually vote, much less approve changes.
