The Board of Directors of The Enclave HOA usually releases the annual budget to owners at the late January annual meeting.
This year the Board has voted at its January meeting to release it early to give owners time to review before the meeting, in case they have any questions.
A robust discussion about the budget took place on our FrontSteps Community Discussion portal. The reasons for the 10% increase in annual dues were also discussed in greater detail in the Board president’s annual letter to owners released last week.
