There are four board member seats up for election at The Enclave HOA’s 2023 Annual Meeting on Zoom on Monday, January 30 at 5pm. Owners can attend the live Zoom meeting or vote early by signing this proxy. Even if you don’t vote in the board election, your proxy is needed to achieve quorum.
We’ll vote to fill the expiring terms currently filled by Rick Lambeth, Fred McMahan, Jason Pisaro and Chris Schroder. Candidates who submitted bios by the required deadline include prospective members, Liz Todd and Kirk Johnson and three current members (Lambeth, McMahon and Schroder) who’re seeking re-election.
