This past year, the HOA Board fielded several questions about the landscaping service with which we had contracted to trim six feet off the roadways, keep the gate area trimmed and to spread mulch.
As a result, our community’s manager, Empire South Realty, working with the board, fielded new bids. After reviewing the submissions, the board voted to move ahead with Sanders Design Landscaping of Glen Alpine. For $1,500 monthly, Sanders will visit The Enclave every three weeks.
Within a couple days of the decision, the Sanders team mowed, trimmed and spread mulch, immediately improving the appearance of the community.
