New gate code installed, entrance options explored

A new four-digit gate code was installed and emailed April 22 to owners.

The HOA explored whether individual codes for each lot could capture and provide a history of vehicles entering. Empire Realty checked with our gate contractor about that option – and if it would be possible to distribute remote clickers to open the gate as an alternative to using the keypad.

To do this, The Enclave would need to purchase a new keypad, controller, install a receiver and have an internet connection. As those costs were too high, we hope to explore it in future years as revenues increase.
