The attorney for The Enclave HOA Board of Directors has filed liens against two properties after attempts to collect past annual dues failed.
Empire South Realty, the community’s manager, made numerous attempts to contact the property owners through email, phone calls, registered mail, etc., but weren’t successful. Following a failure on the part of the owners to respond, the board was left with no alternative other than to instruct its attorney to begin legal proceedings, as allowed in the current covenants.
The board is awaiting a judge to award the lien against the properties in order to collect the fees.
