Is it too early to look for Spring?

by The 100 Companies

Shortly after The Enclave’s November 2018 one-day sale, I wanted to do something positive with our few acres of raw land.

My son and buddies dug holes. My daughter and boyfriend planted Brodie Red Cedars. Four years later, they’re reaching for the sky. I ordered dozens more bushes and trees online and planted them the next year.

At a 2021 community meeting, Enclave neighbor Todd Bennick mentioned he owned a nursery featuring NC-native mature trees. I bought 42 maples, magnolias, red buds and dogwoods. His tree expert Mario planted and fertilized them a year ago. They’ll start blooming in March.
