by The 100 Companies

As the Board has over four years confronted unapproved clearing and building, Section 2 clarifies the approval process.

– Accessory dwellings (detached garage with living space and bathroom) and Accessory utility buildings (tool shed or utility shed) shall be limited to one such structure per lot and comply with all county building ordinances.

– House plans, any accessory dwelling or accessory utility buildings (or any other permanent structures, such as treehouses) must first be approved by County Planning and Zoning and HOA Board.

– Accessory dwellings and accessory utility buildings must be of similar materials and color scheme as the main residential house.
