Empire Management is adding one provision: new board members must sign the Community Association Civility Pledge at their first board meeting and, if they violate it, face removal.
There will be four board member seats up for election this year: the seats currently held by Chris Schroder, Rick Lambeth, Fred McMahan and Jason Pisaro. Owners will receive notification in January with bios of candidates to review before voting Jan. 30 at 5pm.
