New members elected to HOA Board

At the January 30, 2023 annual meeting of The Enclave, owners elected four members to the Board by the quorum of attendees or through proxies submitted before the meeting.

Liz Todd was elected to fill an open position. Fred McMahan, Chris Schroder and Rick Lambeth were re-elected to two-year terms.

In March, Rick resigned from the Board due to pressing business matters. Empire Management then contacted three owners who had in the past three months   expressed interest in serving on the board. At its April meeting, the Board interviewed all three and selected Carolyn Strater to fill his two-year term.
