In the current covenants, the Board of Directors is authorized to establish an Architectural Review Committee. The board did establish such a three-person committee earlier this year.
The Covenants allowed for the ARC to “adopt, administer, and enforce uniform architectural and landscaping standards … with the goal of maintaining the beauty of the natural environment of the areas and the overall plan of the development.”
