In 2024, the HOA board unanimously approved its first official bylaws. One limited board service to two two-year terms (four consecutive years) for all members.
Chris Schroder, who has been a member since 2021 and has served as Board president for three years, will roll off the Board after the January 2025 annual meeting. That position will be open.
The other six board members, some of whom were appointed to finish prior board members’ incomplete terms, are all interested in serving at least another year. Those include Charlie Owens, Mike Buzek, Carolyn Strater, Liz Todd, Kirk Johnson and Matt Sharpe.
