Since 2019, our Enclave HOA Board has wrestled with one set of Covenants for each county that were poorly written by our founding Declarant (Developer).
In 2021, our community participated in several meetings to hammer out a consensus set of amendments that were put up for a vote. They received a large majority of support from those voting, but participation was less than the 75% threshold.
To be helpful, the Declarant filed our proposed 2022 amendments in September 2023. Following pushback from lot owners who didn’t want to lose camping rights, your Board has found a courageous path forward. Read on.
