The HOA board was apprised of an incident on a recent holiday weekend and voted to send a letter to an owner stating that the situation was not acceptable.
During the incident, the sheriff’s department was called twice in one night to quiet loud noises and raucous behavior at the community dock involving guests who were renting an Enclave Airbnb-listed campsite. An owner who tried to intervene was also threatened.
However, since such activity is not addressed in the current covenants, the board proposes adding a paragraph to address the issue of Nuisances. You can read the proposed amendment here.
