Property owners in The Enclave should have received letters recently, informing them of a $100 increase in the annual HOA dues. Annual dues for owning property in The Enclave are now $770 per lot.
Community covenants written by The Enclave’s developer allow owners of multiple lots to waive their dues beyond their first lot.
This increase in annual dues was approved unanimously by the HOA Board of Directors at its November meeting to offset the decrease in revenue from multiple-lot owners and to install a video security system at the front gate that will record license plates entering our community.
