A dozen of so members of The Enclave HOA attended Friday, January 20th’s Zoom meeting to discuss the HOA Board of Directors (BOD) amendments to our current covenants.
You can watch or listen to the meeting at this link. This was the second meeting in as many months about the proposed changes that will be finalized and distributed at the January 31 annual meeting. At least 67% of the owners must vote to approve the various amendments for them to be accepted. Deadline for voting is February 28, 2022.
