Mica Town Brewery opens downtown Nebo location

Mica Town Brewery opened its second location at 311 NC 126 in downtown Nebo on July 23 and has been hosting musicians, food trucks, beer lovers and fun events since.

Owners Jason Snyder and Emily Causey opened their first location in downtown Marion on New Years Eve 2017 following a GoFundMe campaign that raised $11,530. They were excited to expand Marion and McDowell County’s first brewery into Nebo this year.

The brewery serves up a variety of food and snacks and more than a dozen hand-crafted beers of their custom-crafted brews. It maintains a Facebook page for upcoming Nebo events.
