How to gain approval for your proposed structures

Several owners in The Enclave have recently asked how they can begin the process of attaining approval for proposed structures on their lots.

As a reminder, all homes, utility sheds, fences, etc., must follow this application process to the Architectural Review Board and the HOA Architectural Review Committee.

Every landowner in The Enclave can now sign into the online residential portal to start this process and see their own financial and property records. If you haven’t registered yet, you can here. You can also pay your annual dues, see past records and even report potential covenant violations on the site.
