Your current Board of Directors has been working to get problems and concerns resolved, to enhance the marina, held July’s inaugural owners’ cookout, establish a Facebook page, an Architectural Review Committee — and this newsletter, The Enclave 100.
The BOD is trying to pave the way for future boards, while ensuring the community is preserved in a tranquil, natural, harmonious state.
That said, the BOD discovered many of our original covenants are too vague, making it difficult for the BOD to govern diplomatically while keeping with the nature of our community. You’ll be hearing more about this — including our recommendations — next month.
