At its January 10 meeting, The Enclave HOA BOD attempted to study Empire South Association Management’s analysis of the March 2022 referendum in which 54% of property owners voiced their opinions about a set of proposed amendments to our Covenants.

In order to improve efficiency and performance, the HOA Board of Directors (BOD) voted unanimously to dissolve the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) at its October meeting.
