One of the first tasks assigned to the Board by our HOA Covenants is to appoint at least three volunteers to our Architectural Review Board.

The ARB is charged with “fairly and impartially enforcing architectural and landscaping standards … to make special exemptions.” Responsibilities include being quickly available to convene online with other ARB members to review applications and drawings for new homes and accessory buildings.
Architecture, engineering or design skills are welcome but are not mandatory.
