Annual dues increased to $1,000 to meet rising costs

by The 100 Companies

Due to increasing costs – including more robust insurance policies and the expansion of management responsibilities/fees associated with 2024’s changeover to FirstService Residential – the 2025 HOA budget is rising nearly 30 percent.

As a result, the HOA Board at its October meeting approved a commensurate increase in HOA annual dues for calendar year 2025. The dues, which have remained at $770 for the past two years, will increase to $1,000 annually. Billing begins this quarter.

None of this year’s dues increase are related to the neighborhood’s damage suffered in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Those costs are included in the one-time assessment.
