The annual meeting of The Enclave HOA will be held on Zoom at 5pm on Monday, January 27. A link to the meeting will be sent to all owners – along with an agenda – weeks before the gathering.
In addition to election of at least one new board member, discussions will include the 2025 budget, the upcoming assessment and possibly final results of the votes on two new amendments regarding financial governance of the community docks.
The meeting will be hosted on Zoom by our management company, FIrstService Residential. Board members will be present to answer any questions from lot owners.
