As announced last year and during the January 2024 annual meeting, the Board this spring has paid for repairs to the 10-slip community dock and is now actively taking bids to upgrade and repair the parking area, path and beach area.
The area has not been maintained since the neighborhood was founded in 2018.
As parking on cul de sacs is not allowed in the original covenants, the small parking area at the end of Ella Marie Way will be enlarged to accommodate more visitors. The path leading to the marina will also be upgraded and straightened. Landscaping will be installed.
