Impact fees to pay for needed road repairs

As 10 owners have built homes in The Enclave, they each paid a $1,500 impact fee to help fund needed road and infrastructure repairs in the future. That time is rapidly approaching.

First up for repair will be community roads where erosion is starting to undercut the asphalt. FirstService will work with a contractor to make needed repairs before the asphalt itself is compromised. The funds will be taken from the paid impact fees.
