When the five-year contract came up for renewal with Empire Management, which has assisted the Enclave HOA since its 2019 inception, the Board took the opportunity to interview other companies.
The Board liked the more moderately priced Empire, but was impressed with a larger suite of services provided by others. As a result, FirstService Residential will be the new community manager as of June 1, 2024.
Enclave owners will be contacted in the coming days by the new management company, which will manage all building applications, fee collections – as well as patrolling the neighborhood to monitor and manage any lot improvements.
