Reminder on seeking HOA approval before beginning any buildings

by The 100 Companies

New owners joining The Enclave recently asked how to attain approval for proposed structures on their lots.

As a reminder, all residences, accessory utility sheds, accessory residences or fences/gates that can be seen from community roads must follow this application process to the Architectural Review Board and the HOA Architectural Review Committee.

Owners can sign into the online residential portal to start this process and see their own financial and property records. If you haven’t registered yet, you can here. You can also pay your annual dues, see past records and even report potential covenant violations on the Empire website.
