Please welcome Maddie Suggs as Empire South Realty’s new Assistant Association Director. She is assisting with the transition to our new software platform and information will soon be sent to property owners with login instructions.
When selling your property, please ask the title company to reach out to Empire South for an Account Transfer request. The Account Transfer process must occur to ensure you are returned any pre-paid dues and to remove liability from one owner to the other.
The Enclave’s annual meeting will be held in January although a date hasn’t been set yet. We will keep you posted!
