The Enclave HOA Architectural Review Committee and board officers made in-person visits September 6 to a six properties that have buildings under construction to ensure they’re meeting neighborhood covenants.
The owners had previously submitted plans to the ARC for approval and were notified by email of the upcoming inspections.
The ARC determined one property had no infractions while two needed silt fencing to protect against erosion. The ARC has notified others of and are enforcing changes to correct infractions including improper footings, non-compliant plumbing and showers, campers/watercraft viewable from community roads and other incidents detracting from our community’s value.
