Silt fencing work wrapping up along roads

Visitors to The Enclave this month may notice extensive construction work under way near the front gate and along the community roads. It is all part of a years-long project to bring the community into environmental compliance.

The removal of silt fences, metal posts and other items were commissioned by BFH Partners, the original developers of The Enclave – also known in our covenants as the declarant.

State regulations for new developments dictate measures that must be implemented to protect streams and lakes from rain, water and silt runoff. The construction crew expects to finish the work in the coming weeks.
