Lot owners of The Enclave are invited to join a community discussion tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 14, at 5pm to discuss proposed amendments to the HOA Covenants.
In preparation for tomorrow’s meeting, you can click here to download a PDF of the Proposed Covenants Amendments. This third version of the proposed amendments were drafted following the Dec. 10 community discussion. The HOA BOD has approved this version for presentation – subject to final revision before the Jan. 31 Annual Meeting.
