Members of the Board of Directors noticed this summer that the wood surface on our community dock and marina was beginning to age and needed repair. The BOD approved a budget to take off the existing boards and make any necessary improvements for the safety of our families.
BOD member Fred McMahan and wife Natalie agreed to supervise this project and, as discovered there were many more repairs needed than first projected. Total costs were about $5,000.
All repairs have been made, all of the wood boards have been flipped and the dock is ready for many more years of community enjoyment.
