Construction of the Fonta Flora Trail across Burke County is on track, but groundbreaking on its path through The Enclave is at least one or two years away, according to Shane Prisby, County Development Operations Manager.
Shane updated the HOA Board this spring about its impact on The Enclave, whose developers awarded an easement through our common area to a pocket park adjacent to our marina/dock.
Board members expressed concerns about parking lot lighting, as well as sanitation and trespassing from the public park. The county and Board agreed to work together to mitigate any concerns about the Morganton-to-Asheville trail.
